Legal Notice

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway run by Malina Schulz (“Organizer”) on Instagram (@sylphie.shop). By entering, participants agree to these terms. The Organizer may modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 16 or older residing in one of the following countries:

Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on August 29, 2026 and ends on September 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CET).

Late entries will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To participate via Instagram:

• Like the designated post,

• Tag at least one person in the comments (up to 5 tags allowed; each tag = 1 entry),

• Follow the account @sylphie.shop.

Optional: Share the post to your public story and tag @sylphie.shop — this counts as 2 extra entries.

Automated entries or use of multiple/fake accounts will lead to disqualification.

5. Prize Description

One winner each will be selected from Instagram and TikTok.

The prize is one chainmaille handchain.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random.

Notification will occur via a reply comment from the official “Sylphie” account.

Winners must send a private message with their shipping address by September 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Failure to do so forfeits the prize.

7. Delivery & No Cash Alternative

Prizes will be shipped free of charge. No cash or exchange alternatives are available.

Prize claims are non-transferable.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of the giveaway, based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

As part of the giveaway, we process personal data of the participants, in particular the provided social media username (e.g. Instagram), for the purpose of conducting and managing the giveaway as well as for notifying the winners. Additional data (e.g. name and address) will only be collected in the event of a win and used solely for the purpose of shipping the prize.

Only winners will be asked for address data, which will only be used for shipping.

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the giveaway.

Participants have the right to request information about the personal data we store about them at any time and may request correction or deletion of that data, provided that no legal retention obligations apply. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their data with future effect.

9. Liability

The Organizer is only liable for intent or gross negligence.

No liability for technical issues or deviations between prize and promotional image.

10. Disqualification & Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway or breach the rules leads to disqualification.

Mass entry services are not allowed.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

All data is collected by the Organizer, not the platforms.

12. Legal

The giveaway is governed by German law.

The decision of the Organizer is final and the legal process is excluded.
