Do you ship world wide?

As a small business it is unfortunately not possible for me to ship worldwide, as this can be very expensive and/or complicated for reasons like packaging licenses and import rules. At the moment I ship to Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Malta and the Netherlands. I hope to be able to ship to additional countries in the future though!

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Shop Pay.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

As I am just one person, I might need up to 5 business days to ship your order. I hope you’ll understand! The shipping time will depend on the carrier you choose and where you live.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order for up to 14 days after you received it. Please be aware that you will have to pay the return shipping fees. If you received the wrong item or if your item is faulty, please check the FAQ on faulty items. In case of a faulty item, return shipping costs will be covered by me.

You will receive a return label. Please send the item back. If you received the wrong item, I will send you the right product. If the item is faulty I will repair it or send you a new one.

Are all of your products handmade?

All of my products are handmade and/or handassembled. They are also based on my own ideas and designs. I do not make the individual beads, pendants and stainless steel attachments though.

Do you also offer custom-made jewellery?

At the moment I don’t, as I’m only starting out. I hope to be able to offer custom-made and customisable products in the future though.

What’s special about the unique pieces?

The pieces you find in the “unique pieces” category are all one of a kind. I won't remake them, so you can be sure to be the only person who owns these pieces!

Why is item X more expensive than item Y?

The prices mainly depend on two factors: How expensive are the materials and how long does it take to make the individual piece. For example pearls are more expensive than simple glass beads and chainmaille takes a lot longer than simpler necklaces which take longer than simple earrings.

What materials do you use?

I mostly use quality materials like pearls, glass and crystals like rosequartz. At the moment all metal I use is stainless steel, I'm planning on also adding silver in the future. The only exception are the hairclips, which are made from rhodium-plated iron. I decided on stainless steel, as the material is long lasting and unlikely to cause an allergic reaction (please check the FAQ section on allergies to learn more). While I do my best to select great materials, there are a few things you can do to make sure your jewellery stays looking beautiful for as long as possible. Check the care instructions to learn more!

I have a jewellery allergy, can I wear your jewellery?

I only use stainless steel for my products (With the exception of the hairclips, which are made from rhodium-plated iron). Stainless steel is generally considered allergy safe. Stainless steel does contain nickel, but barely releases any, which is why it is a safe material for most people with allergies. I also buy all metal products in the EU to make sure they adhere to the EU limits on lead, cadmium and nickel. As everyone reacts to different things, I cannot guarantee that no allergic reaction will occure though.

Is this another dropshipping store?

No, I ship all the products myself, from my home. They are also all based on my own ideas and designs and either handmade or handassembled!

Are there any discounts?

You‘ll automatically get 10% off if you spend 300€ or more. There will also be other special discounts from time to time, so sign up for the newsletter or follow Sylphie on Instagram or TikTok! If that’s not enough for you, you can get a 20% discount on your next order* if you send me pictures of you wearing Sylphie jewellery (For more info check the FAQ below this one). Last but not least, there’s free shipping on all German orders over 100€ and EU orders over 150€.

Yes, there is! You can send a picture of you wearing Sylphie jewellery (or a pretty picture of the jewellery) to contact@sylphie-shop.com or you can tag me in your post on Instagram or TikTok! In exchange for allowing me to use the pictures on this website or on Sylphie‘s social media accounts you will get 20% off your next order up to 150€. And of course you’ll also be tagged in the post. For now this offer is valid until the end of 2024, but I might extend the offer if it's succesful.

How do I best take care of my jewellery?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, I offer electronic gift cards, just click here. They are valid for three years.

Is your jewellery suitable for children?

While some of the jewellery might look cute and playful, it is not made for children. It’s not a toy and has small parts that could easily be swallowed, so please keep it out of the reach of children.
